No. With your written consent we deal with the transfer for you, using the standard domain transfer process. You never need an awkward cancellation conversation.
We plan the move so your site and email keep working throughout. We copy everything first, test it, and only switch over when it is ready.
Just your domain name, your contact details and your consent. If we need an authorisation code from your current provider, we will tell you exactly where to find it or request it on your behalf.
Most .co.uk domains move within a day or two. Other domains can take up to 5–7 days because of registry rules. The website itself is usually moved within a week.
We do not charge to handle the transfer itself. We will confirm any hosting or ongoing support costs in writing before anything moves, so there are no surprises.
